The Recipe : Triffle Leleh

triffle style leleh

Here is 'the resepi' for you my dearest friends. Especially, Cikgu Hanim who are like to 'cook-cook' lately. She told me via fb: she wanna do that 'kek kukus coklat moist' today. Just wait for her reply maaa. Hmm, or maybe one day, my dearest cousins Na and Adik Ah are eager to make this then Google it out how to make this 'triffle' and unexpectedly mine will pop-up on their screen. Haha *KOYA! [really hope that they ever notice/see this blog]  

I took this recipe from Kak Jue (one of the teacher at my school). But without her permission, is it that ok if i just put her recipe here? Is it cool? Hmmm. I just considered that she would never care bout this. Hope so. PUHHHHH kiri PUHHHH kanan. Okay, here we go!

Triffle :

2 gulung kek strawberry (gulungan pendek)

1 cawan tepung kastard (she use Bird's Castard)

1 cawan gula

5 cawan air

1/4 butter (250gm: i prefer buttercup) [plusminus 2 sudu besar]

1 kotak jellly Nona (strawberry flavor or any color that u like)

1 tin fruit cocktail

2 cawan air mendidih

Lapisan I :

Potong kek lapis (dalam 1 inci lebih) dan susun selang-seli warnanya dalam loyang. Siram dan tuangkan air fruit cocktail ke atas kek yang disusun tadi. Biarkan sebentar

Lapisan II :

Air-Gula-Kastard-Butter = Masukkan dalam periuk, kacau dahulu sebelum letak atas api. Kemudian, kacau atas api hingga masak.*Masak- jadi likat dan bahan mula jadi 'blup blup blup'. Haha. Sorry, i can't describe it well. 

Lapisan III :

Bancuh 2 cawan air mendidih beserta dengan serbuk jelly Nona. Suamkan.

Curahkan kastard atas lapisan I.

Curahkan Jelly suam, taburkan buah-buahan ke atas lapisan II.

Akhir sekali. Masuk peti ais dan makan! Heeeee

Okay! It's done! For your information, my 2nd layer is not really too likat. So that's why i've caption it as "triffle leleh". Keh keh keh. Just try it out! Goodluck :)

 Here is my favourite baby nab named RAINBOW :)

Actually, i couldn't recognize yet her/his gender. 

Cannot see maaa. Malu!

Rainbow is our third generation rabbit which are alive.

For sure i want to show you how Putih's teeth and others look like.

Their teeth are really, really cute. We saw them day by days.

If you put your finger in their mouth, they will bite gently.

Surely, its will be fun!

Both: Putih and Cikko (except Rainbow) , they became active lately.

If we put them out of the 'sangkar', 

they will run run run run and run wherever they want.

They keep running even when we want to put them back onto 'sangkar'.
We chased after them and we rather use 'serkup' to catch them back

For sure they would never stop running and we gave up.

Comelkan ciptaan Illahi?
Marilah sama-sama menyingkap kebesaran Allah pada setiap ciptaanNya :)

Nota: Rainbow ni dia lembab sikit pada mulanya. Tumbesaran dia terbantut sebab abang dan kakaknya selalu tidur berhimpit di atasnya. Bila dia jalan kaki dia cepat terpeleot. Badan dia mudah jatuh. Sekali tengok macam cacat. Tapi, jangan bimbang sebab kami selalu jenguk dia. Ambil dan gosok-gosokkan kaki dia tu. Macam buat urutan la. Alhamdulillah, sekarang sudah sembuh. Cikmbow sangat manja dan suka sangat tidur merata-rata tempat.

Part 1 : Students + their own world :/

i'm here just wanna post something related to myself lately

Frankly speaking, i am

Enjoying being a lovely teacher

Enjoying being a peaceful mind teacher when going to class

Tiring of being a pot pet pot pet teacher

and tiring being a such like 'singa betina' for my lovely students

So here, just wanna sharing about a story " tired being a teacher'.HA HA HA

yaaaaa, always got a small heart attack when seeing the timetable

" hah, kelas 2 teeet !!!"

Fuh.

One day, i challenged myself. I asked myself not to talk to the student who are not interested in my class. While i was rushing to that class, a group of students (from class of 2 teeet) come and walk beside me. I keep remind myself : yearghh i do not know who are them!!. But they keep asking me:

" cikgu, lab ke kelas "

"cikgu, gi pustaka la cikgu toksey gi lab gak"

" aaaah, cikgu. wak tok dengar gituh.."

"cikgu!"

Krik krik krik krik krik

They keep pushing me to ans. Sorry dear students. Janji dicapati! 

At class :

" Please pray your DOA once again!"

*student's eyes look like ikan lolong*

"NOW!!"

*kaget. their cikgu persis 'singa betina' mengamuk! *

But for sure it was just a second. Class becoming like a zooooooooooooo. 

FYI, both gender are included.
Sigh! I started my class as usual. Time flies
